Standard Cleaning: A standard cleaning is appropriate for when scheduling weekly or bi-weekly. The services include:

• Dusting windowsills, blinds, surfaces, and knick-knacks

• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces (does not include windows unless specified)

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

• Dusting and cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces

• Cleaning and polishing sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs

• Cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator, etc.)

• Emptying trash and recycling bins

• Wiping down furniture and cabinets

Deep Cleaning: This is typically the first service that you will be scheduled for. A deep cleaning is typically scheduled once every few months in-between regular cleanings but we are more than happy schedule as frequently as needed. Deep Cleans include all of the services in the standard cleaning:

• Dusting/wet wiping windowsills, blinds, surfaces, and knick-knacks

• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces

• Vacuuming and mopping floors

• Dusting and cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces (does not include mold removal or intensive scrubbing of grout/caulking.)

• Cleaning and polishing sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs

• Cleaning the exterior of kitchen appliances (oven, stove.)

• Cleaning Inside of Microwave

• Emptying trash and recycling bins

• Wiping down furniture and cabinets

  PLUS:

• Wet wiping tops of ceiling fans (where possible), lighting fixtures and vents

• Wet wiping picture frames and wall hangings 

• Cleaning interior of kitchen appliances

• Cleaning under furniture 

• Baseboards / window and door frames.

• Windows (inside)

• Bathroom grout scrubbing

*As noted above, services can be added or dropped from a deep clean, we are happy to collaborate and adjust prices as necessary.

Step Two: One of our team members will give you a call back within one business day to provide you with the price range we feel fits your needs best.

Step Three: If you’d like to move forward, we will arrive at your home or business on the date you have chosen and present you with your quote. Seeing the space in person ensures that we provide you with a set price and to not have any surprise charges pop up upon cleaning.

Step Four: Choose the frequency at which you’d like us to clean and we will set up a schedule. You’ll also pick out what cleaning package you would like. Our two packages are Standard and Deep, with the option of adding on (or taking away) specific services.

Because each space and situation is unique, pricing varies on a case by case basis. Prices start at $0.10 per square foot and in less common cases can go up to $0.55 per square foot. This is why the consultation is such a crucial part of our model, and why we’ve made it free!
