Welcome to NURTURE. These Terms of Service govern the services provided by NURTURE. to clients in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By scheduling or receiving services from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer residential commercial cleaning services throughout Western Massachusetts. The scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon during booking and may include recurring cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and other specialized services.
2. Insurance and Bonding
We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
3. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or through our approved scheduling system. (link scheduling here)
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved electronic payment systems.
Returned checks or failed payments will incur a $35 fee.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
All cancellations and rescheduling must be made via phone call to ensure proper communication.
5. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that we have access to your home or business at the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide access (e.g., locked door, no key/code provided) will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the $50 fee.
6. Safety and Work Environment
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary for our staff.
We do not move heavy furniture, lift items over 30 lbs, or clean areas beyond reasonable reach (without a step stool or ladder).
We request that pets be secured during service hours for the safety of both staff and animals.
7. Client Responsibilities
Please secure valuables and disclose any fragile or damaged items in the service area.
Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products in advance.
Let us know about any special instructions or priorities during scheduling.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
9. Damages and Liability
While we take the utmost care, accidents can happen. Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service. We will review the matter and, if liable, take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair, not exceeding the amount paid for the specific service.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, repeated cancellations, or nonpayment.
11. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information. Client information is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communication.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
